Fitness Challenge 

Beginning in October 19th, 2011, we will begin our Fitness Challenge to help patient reach their health goals and assist in establishing exercise recommendations.  We are looking at participating in the Portland Rock N Roll Half Marathon on May 20th, 2012 as a group as well as a team triathlon event in June or July 2012.  Talk to us for details.

Workout Schedule

  Yoga

Beginning in February, yoga has returned to Pure Wellness.  Chaney Compher has returned to teach her highly popular yoga class Monday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30pm.  RSVP as space is limited.  Also, all participants are required to bring a yoga mat.

Spin Class

Pure Wellness is starting their Spin Class on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 7:30.  Bring your own bike and cycling trainer and yoga mat, and come and have fun getting fit.
